Description	The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of streptavidin-HRP to detect biotinylated B7-1. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat PD-L1 on a 96-well plate. Next, B7-1-biotin was incubated with PD-L1 on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
