Description	N-(Methyltetrazine-PEG4)-N-Biotin-PEG4-TFP ester is a branched biotinylation tool that enables copper-free click chemistry with a TFP ester group and a TCO reactive reagent. The inverse-electron demand Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction of TCO with tetrazines is the fastest bioorthogonal reaction with exceptional selectivity. The TFP ester can react with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. Reagent grade, for research use only.
