Description

The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of streptavidin-HRP for the detection of biotinylated IL-23A. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat IL-23RA on a 96-well plate. Next, IL-23A [biotin] was incubated with IL-23RA on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
