Description	The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of Streptavidin-HRP for the detection of biotinylated ICOS. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat ICOSL on a 96-well plate. Next, ICOS was incubated with ICOSL on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, followed by the addition of HRP substrate to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
