Description TFP-PEG4-biotinidase resistant biotin is a biotin and TFP ester end group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer arm imparts water solubility that is transferred to the biotinylated molecule. The TFP ester can react with primary amine groups and is also less susceptible to undergo hydrolysis compared to NHS ester. Reagent grade, for research use only.
