Sulfo-NHS-Biotin Kit (8 rxn)
Catalog BR00028224
Description Sulfo-NHS-Biotin is a water-soluble reagent that allows simple and efficient biotinylation of antibodies, proteins and other macromolecules containing primary amines. It is soluble in water and non-cleavable, allowing simple and efficient biotinylation of antibodies, proteins and any other macromolecules containing primary amines in solution.
Application This kit is mainly used to label primary antibodies, secondary antibodies, soluble MHC/peptide complexes (monomers), recombinant proteins. In biology, biotin-labeled molecules are used for: FC, ELISA Detection, ELISA, WB, IHC-P, ICFC.
Storage Store the kit unopened at 2-8℃ for 1 year, and the dissolved biotin can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 week.
Component A: Sulfo-NHS-Biotin, 8 x 2 mg; reaction buffer, 30 mL; Protein concentrator, 8.
B: Sulfo-NHS-Biotin, 8 x 2 mg
Feature Reacts with primary amines.
The sulfo-NHS group increases the water solubility of the reagent compared to ordinary NHS-ester compounds.
Labeled biotinylate only labels surface proteins throughout the cell
Permanent amide bond; the spacer arm cannot be cleaved
It consists only of natural biotin pentanoic acid groups.
