NHS-LC-LC-Biotin Kit
Catalog BR00028230
Description The NHS-LC-LC-Biotin Kit is a comprehensive biotin labeling kit designed around NHS-LC-LC-Biotin, offering all necessary reagents for efficient biotin labeling. The process is straightforward and can be completed in just 90 minutes. NHS-LC-LC-Biotin is a non-sulfonated, double-long-chain biotinylation reagent activated by NHS ester, ideal for labeling primary amines, such as lysine residues in proteins. This reagent effectively biotinylates antibodies, proteins, and other biological molecules containing primary amines, facilitating detection or purification using streptavidin probes or resins.
Application This kit is suitable for biotin labeling of antibodies or proteins, and the labeled antibodies are compatible with most ELISA and some IHC applications.
Storage Store the kit unopened at 2-8℃ for 1 year, and the dissolved biotin can be stored at 2-8℃ for 1 week.
Component A: NHS-LC-LC-Biotin, 2×0.1 mg; Labeling Buffer 15 mL; DMF 200 μL; Ultrafiltration tube 4×0.5 mL; Antibody Stabilization Solution 1 mL.
B: NHS-LC-LC-Biotin, 5×0.1 mg; Labeling Buffer 30 mL; DMF 200 μL; Ultrafiltration tube 10×0.5 mL; Antibody Stabilization Solution 2 mL.
Feature Compared to other biotin labeling kits, this long-arm biotin kit produces labeled antibodies with a higher signal-to-noise ratio in ELISA applications.
