Description

The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of streptavidin-HRP to detect biotinylated IL-17A. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat IL-17RA on a 96-well plate. Next, IL-17A [biotin] was incubated with IL-17RA on the plate.
