Description	Diazo Biotin-PEG3-alkyne is useful for introducing a biotin moiety to azide-containing biomolecules using Cu(I)-catalyzed Click Chemistry. The hydrophilic spacer arm provides better solubility to the labeled molecules in aqueous media.
