Description	The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of CTLA4 detection by streptavidin-HRP. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat CTLA4 on a 96-well plate. Next, B7-2-biotin was incubated with CTLA4 on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, and then HRP substrate is added to generate chemiluminescence, which can then be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
