Description	The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of streptavidin-HRP to detect biotinylated CD112. Detection is performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat CD112R on a 96-well plate. Next, CD112 was incubated with CD112R on the plate.
