Description	The key to this kit is the high sensitivity of detection of biotinylated APRIL by streptavidin-HRP. Assays can be performed in a few simple steps on a microtiter plate. First, coat BCMA on a 96-well plate. Next, biotinylated APRIL was incubated with BCMA on the plate. Finally, the plate is treated with streptavidin-HRP, followed by the addition of HRP substrate to generate chemiluminescence, which can be measured using a chemiluminescence reader.
